TESTIFYRE TERMS OF SERVICE

Introduction

Welcome to Testifyre.

Testifyre is a platform designed to help individuals and communities record, preserve, and share personal testimonies and stories.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Testifyre websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by TheKnittedApp, LLC, located in Atlanta, Georgia.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Testifyre.

If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

User Content

Testifyre allows users to create and upload content including:

  • text
  • audio recordings
  • video recordings
  • images
  • testimonies or personal stories

You retain ownership of your content.

However, by uploading content to the Service, you grant Testifyre a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and provide the Service.

Public Sharing Notice

If you choose to share content with other users or publicly on the Testifyre Platform or via shareable links, that content may become accessible to individuals outside the Testifyre platform.

Other users may copy, screenshot, or redistribute shared content.

Testifyre cannot control how shared content is used by others.

You should carefully consider what information you choose to share.

Personal Testimony Disclaimer

Content shared through Testifyre reflects the personal experiences and opinions of individual users.

Testifyre does not verify or endorse the accuracy of user testimonies and is not responsible for statements made by users.

Institutional Reference Disclaimer

Content shared through Testifyre may reference churches, ministries, organizations, workplaces, or other institutions.

These references reflect the personal experiences and opinions of individual users and do not represent the views, verification, or endorsement of Testifyre or TheKnittedApp, LLC.

Testifyre does not investigate or validate claims made in user testimonies regarding individuals or organizations.

Users are responsible for ensuring their statements are truthful and lawful.

AI Features

Some Testifyre features may use automated technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, to assist with functions such as transcription, summarization, or content organization.

These technologies operate automatically and may not always produce accurate results.

User content will not be used to train AI models without explicit user consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform
  • Copy or scrape platform content without permission

Testifyre may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Testifyre may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform or other users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Testifyre makes no warranties regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testifyre will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.

Mobile Application Platform Terms

Apple App Store

If you download Testifyre from the Apple App Store:

  • Apple is not responsible for the application or its content
  • Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms

Your use of the mobile application is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:

Google Play

If you download Testifyre through Google Play, your use of the application is subject to Google Play's terms and policies.

Google is not responsible for the Testifyre Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
